These circular saw blades are made with excellent alloyed steel plates SKS51 from Japan, Ceratizit ultrafine grade carbide tips and Sandwich brazing solders.
Material: Japan SKS51 steel plate, Ceratizit carbide tips, Sandwiche soldering flakes.
Brazing: By Germany automatic induction brazing machines to eliminate inherent problem.
Tension: The pressure ring disperses the stress throughout the blade and eliminates distortion and warping.
Dynamic balancing and straightness: These processes diminish saw blades run out and vibration and enhance the precision.
Quality control: Each saw blade is checked by many checking procedures to insure the quality.
